THANKS DOGO hey mate I just saw my bruises where they took bone off my hip, Nadene helped me get washed damn she said look at the bruising (Deep Purple ! not the group lol) on the right side its about 5"x4" and just smaller on the left side, and my leg is twice the size (swelling) the doc said it'll bad for up to two weeks,OH well at least I can look forward to getting better now the opp's done

I heard through Nadenes nurse friends it's possible to walk crutch un-aided after 8-10 weeks all going well.

best thing you can do. B eproud and keep it up. I know it is so GD hard to do. I was the baddest, brown spittin'est, chunks of black chit between my teeth chewer you ever saw for 30 years (started early ). I have been Nicoteen free for ....I can't remember now--a couple years. Weird, sometimes the most traumatic times are when we let go of a terrible habit.

Yeh rook gotta keep moving with only max 10kg weight load on the leg for 6 weeks then hopefully should be close to not needing these crutches i've had for 9 months so far and with out any meds the pain is bad so i'm keeping up with that as well,my mate Goody is coming over tomorrow to fit the LED tailight and 135db horn, plus he is gunna bath my ZX1400 to, looking forward to taking the latest photo when done

hope all is well bean, well as well as can be expected anyway, still haven't seen a 14 your colour up this way yet, hope to some day. most of them are all the different shades of black they have made.
