Just chasing the left side upper fairing for a 07 zx14 black in good nick hopefully someone can help me out .

Bike Bandit has a sale going on for OEM parts. I just got a green upper for my '09 for about $205 with free shipping. One thing to note though - it is ONLY the colored plastic and does not come with any of the padding, grommets, wellnuts, etc. Grommets you can move. I don't know how important that black padding is, but if you want it on the new fairing you'll need to get it from someplace. You will need new well nuts... around 8 or 9 as I recall.

I have most of the OEM padding mentioned above for side fairings, maybe front nose and dash pieces new,unmolested. foil backing, sticky on the other side if somebody is interested.

Is that padding really important at all?

Also, update on well nuts - last night I found that you can get a 4mm allen wrench and use it to push the well nuts out of the old fairing. It takes a little bit of work to put them into the new fairing, but it's doable. You may not be able to re-use all of them, but you should get most of them.
