In Calif I had a my thumb on a few excellent tuners for blown bikes/ZX-14, Mikeys being the one I used the most. Sold the 14 a bit ago, and now I'm in south central Oregon, and I'll pickup an H2SX SE in early June, next time I get near Portland.

Anyone familiar with top rated tuners in Oregon, that you'd recommend?

Ride or drive/tow your bike up to the PNW AKA Kirkland WA. and get your tune @ 2wheeldynoworks. Contact Nels. He has done a lot of H2s. Call him! He can talk to you about what you want and give you options, he can do it for you. Or if you want to do some of it for yourself and just have him do the tune he can do that too. Talk to him.

I agree with david. Nels can get 240 to 260 horsepower out of H2's.
