Oh sorry, thanks for sharing. If I didn't enjoy my 14 and the road trips I would be all over that! Just don't think my ass or wrists could live with it for a long day of fast fun.

I'll hopefully be able to check one out on my next trip home from the 'Stan in November. Not sure about the current ZX-10s comfort level compared to my '09 ZX-10R, but if it's anywhere near that, then I'll find a space in the garage to park it next to the others! "They" are rumoring @200hp (but then, haven't they always?), electronics to rival any of the current bunch and a much improved suspension and braking system! Know whatcha mean about the ass and the wrists - can't ride my 10 for all that long like the 14, but it's tolerable for short periods of fun that you just can't have on the 14!

YUP! But the 207hp figure is with the ram air effect, which as I understand doesn't become significant until around 150mph! Either way, I think it's gonna give Yamaha and the Euro bikes a run for their money! I'll take the KRT Edition w/ABS please....

I think it's really amazing what they (bike manufacturers) are doing with these new machines! 200+hp from 998cc's naturally aspirated on pump gas is crazy - something only a few short years ago would require aftermarket pcs - just imagine what this thing will do once it's uncorked and piped with a little more rear sprocket gear tossed in to boot! Adding a few teeth to the rear of my '09 ZX-10R made it a different bike to me performance wise! This one is leagues above that!

I read the write up in Cycle World that just came out, and checked out the specs at Kawasaki.com and any online information I could find.

Makes me wish I was young again! Well, not too much, those problems have long since been resolved and I like where I am now. :)

The new 10R is pretty darn awesome. Right down to the adjustable frame geometry and the light crank and drivetrain. I figured they were going to do that, because of the rule changes. For the homologated street machine, this gives it a distinctly different riding feel than the 2015 has.

The reviews I read where they took one on the track or actually rode it more than 100 miles on the "street" are pretty impressive.

My last road trip of this year was two 550+ miles days on my '12 ZX10R. No problem on my comfort, stock seat and Helibars. When I first bought the bike, my wrists would kill me every time I got off it until the Helibar swap. Now it's all good...
