Hearing protection

Hey fellow riders! I just watched this video about Big Ear custom motorcycle earbuds/hearing protection and I want to know if any of you here tried their products. I'd love to get myself a pair but I want to know if they're great first. Any other recommendation? Thanks!

I just use ordinary foam plugs. The ones shaped like a fish seem better than the ordinary bullet shaped ones. It helps muffle the sound. Odd thing is, when I put my helmet on, the noise seems to get louder than without a helmet.

Was a novice at the time, but lost partial hearing due to the 4-in-1 pipe on the right side. Endurance racing for hours at a time. Ringing in the ears for days. Someone claps, something drops, I get an annoying sound wave banging on the damaged drum. Wear any ear plug device if you are going to ride a noisy bike.
