got a 2008 se 14 pc3 secondary's removed 4into one full muzzy .my buddy been having problems with it cutting out, while getting it ready from being in storage for 5 months, replaced the battery right off the bat. it still was cutting out around 6-7k so i changed his plugs out for him they looked rough. got it back running and it was still cutting out. took fuel pump apart for him and cleaned the fuel filter really well.. it was gunked up really bad!! then it was running a little better then we went to ride it for a little while and it started to cut out again and bogg down then proceeded to die, but once we hit the kill switch and turned it back on it ran like a champ, until we rode it for a few miles.. now it wont kick off at just turns over acts like it don't have fuel or fire getting to it. any one experince this or can give me some pointers. may be run some sea foam through it once get it running again..im going to disconnect pv3 next and look at fuel pump to make sure its not going out.. thanks in advance

1. Compression - Can't be it, keeps firing off even after storage so no parts are damaged.
2. Fuel - Can't be fuel, right? Started right up on some old gas, and I am assuming old gas 5mo out.
3. Spark = The PC is in the loop and if it means spark, go right back to stock.
4th variable... Dirty air cleaner?
