Is there such a thing as a turbo'd ZX14 that can't be heard from miles away? What about maintaining the civilized nature of bike?

I'm sorry. I was staring at your avatar...What was the question again?
2nd that.

Yes a turbo bike can be quiet. My bikes are very civilized street bikes. Without giving the bike a close inspection no way to tell she is boosted

My turbo is loud upon startup, then seems to quiet down when warmed up. On the highway the wind noise is more noticeable.
I've thought about a muffler, but use earplugs for now.

Where my system gets noticeable stronger is at 4lbs of boost which is when
Methanol gets activated, but as long as turbo spins its making gains over stock.
I let off the throttle when front wheel comes up. Have no idea what happens after 7k rpm, but
You need to be extended to experience that.
