Have a need for a good used Zumo 550 GPS with the accessories that came in the box..please advise age of it, condition, and price..

Try over at COG ( www.cog-online.org ) ... when it loads, click NEW FORUM in the top right, when that loads, scroll down to Emporium and click into the main Emporium. They often have Zumo units for sale.

If they don't, post a WTB ZUMO 550 subject message there, and chances are someone is itching to upgrade to a 665 will sell their perfectly working 550 to you.

Not likely to find GPS units here very often, other than me and a couple others, few of these guys ever go more than 300 miles aways from home, so they don't need a GPS.

Is your cellphone waterproof and vibration and dust proof?

They work great as hand held navigators though. I wouldn't even use one in the car, they don't have all the features of a top-of-the-line Garmin.
