Compared to the sharp looks of the zx-14, The H2 is one ugly looking bike.

If only money were no object---I'd have one of those H2s. That is probably the most unique bike to come out since the '99 Hayabusa. OK waiting for the jokes about the ugliness of the Hayabusa.

I see a lot of stuff in this vid.Ugly isn't in there somehow?lol

I love what he says at the end there."I want owners to open the throttle wide open to feel"...yep.it is frighteningly fast and powerful. No lie.

Lots of fun stuff to play with. Maybe I'll get one someday. The guy mentioned the possibility of other supercharged engines. I hope we see more of that in the future. It's about time a clear distinction be made between the liter bikes and the hyper bikes again. I don't see superchargers going on road racing bikes for a long time but for drag racing and LSR bikes, that's just what they need to draw the line in the sand.

yeah.Agree.They're gonna be coming out with some AWESOME sportbikes ahead.Probably not in 30K range either;).gonna be a fun future with Kawasaki.

Question. Are brake calipers 'unsprung' weight? He mentioned that. Not sure what he meant.Or if it makes any difference at all...considering.I could google it...but rather hear it from you guys.

Well dammit, I googled it:

In a ground vehicle with a suspension, the unsprung mass (or the unsprung weight) is the mass of the suspension, wheels or tracks (as applicable), and other components directly connected to them, rather than supported by the suspension (the mass of the body and other components supported by the suspension is the sprung mass).

Yeah the unsprung weight is pretty much wheels, tires, axles, rotors and sprocket. The stuff that the suspension doesn't carry still affects the suspension's rebound or maybe it acts on its own while the rider is depending on the movement of the suspension, IDK. I don't see calipers as unsprung weight. Maybe a Japanese mistranslation. Nice to have lightweight calipers though.

The way to go for lightweight calipers is ISR. They're not as good performancewise as Brembo but they work and they are real light. Look very cool too but come only in plain aluminum finish. I might get some for the 14 one day.
