They'll do global.

But it's probably going to be easier for you to do the following.

Go to http://www.kawasakipartshouse.com/oemparts/a/kaw/50aa38d4f8700226a4146782/decals-black-fdfa. Figure out which decal you want, write down the part number (Note that link is for a 2013 black bike - might be different for yours), and see if your local dealership can order it for you. Bikebandit is usually cheaper than dealers, but probably not with cost of shipping.
