Our local Ducati &BMW dealer was hosting a track day clinic, a suspension tuning booth, and a mobile dyno. Got my bikes suspension finally dialed in. Can't wait to take her to the hills. So far feels like a new bike.
Then I decided to check out the mobile dyno. $35 to see her HP number. In full stock form she put out 199hp at the rear.
Will post the numbers and graph once I get them.

Don't read too much into dyno numbers. I saw two 14r's one dynoed at 189 and the other at 197 and both guys weighed roughly the same but the guy with the lower number consistently smoked the guy with higher dyno numbers.

I'm still impressed by a stock motorcycle putting out 199.21hp and 116.72ftb.

Not a bad deal for $35. I'd do it for $35. It'd be interesting to see what kind of power changes if you got an exhaust and ECU flash.

Dyno numbers really don't mean anything. It's all relative to the geographic location, bike, dyno, and dyno operator. You could dyno your bike on 10 different dynos and you'd get 10 different results. My guess is their dyno is considered "happy"... basically they use an algorithm that produces higher numbers (due to filtering) which causes higher number than if they used a more conservative filtering algorithm. This is common in dyno competitions where people want to see the biggest numbers possible.

I agree dyno numbers don't mean much. For me It's who can get from point A to point B the fastest. Sometimes balls count more than dyno. Lol

199 stock. I can't wait to see that dyno sheet too.

When the operator is not an ardent racer that dyno number is just a number. But to the truly competitive, working and tuning to race and win those numbers are important.

Just under 200 at the wheel. Pretty NICE!

Should be an easy 210+ with mods with any gen 2 on that dyno. It won't put down the MPH at the track to match that dyno sheet but I guess it's something to tape to the shop wall.
