Gotta Busa for cheap, runs good looks good but having a prob with the clutch, if I leave from a complete stop with any kind of aggression it chatters or grinds best I can describe, when taking off "normally" no sound good hook up and no noise. Just installed a Brocks clutch mod and new clutch pack, help. Where you at Hub!!!

First thing:

Do we have frictions and fiber plates facing in one direction? Yes I know it doesn't matter either way, but for some reason, H-D and the rest have the cut side facing the pressure plate. I would use this position for the sake of argument.

Next is if the bike ever came with a chatter plate? That's where there is a steel plate riveted to another steel plate and in between is a wave kind of washer. This washer is spring loaded where the rivets keep that spring in tension and it goes flat when compressed. When the clutch is collapsing and chattering, this spring takes up that event...

... Whereas, the event is release the lever [out] faster to eliminate it to continue.

Tryed releasing slow and fast with an agressive but not tire spinning pressure same result noise and sometime stalls, Yep I did face the clutch metals and fibers the same way in the basket, bleed clutch with new fluid, isn't jumping out of gear.

Count 4 frictions in from both sides. Steels all run 11 until we hit our 4-in-count. That says middle. That says, place 2 number 12's in the middle of the pack = Chatter addressed? Rendering does not look like old style wave/rivet method.

So do you see there are those 2 different part numbers that seem to be part of this [harmonic] chattering business?
