Rear shock
11/03/17 9:30 AM

Hi all,
Does anyone know if a 2016 ZX14R rear shock will bolt on a 2006?

Also, looking for a Used Ohlins rear shock for the 2006 too..

TIA

I believe it will. No radical changes since day one for chassis stuff. Means, you can swap the front end and rear end on any year frame.

Ok new question.
Will a Ohlins from a 2011-2015 ZX10R fit an 06 ZX14? Is there a place that cross references shocks?
I have a chance for the ZX10 shock. Need info.

TIA

Parts fiche wise, the 10 has a remote at the bottom, the 14 at the top. This is now a possible clearance issue. Clearance wise for the second issue is the eye to eye. So if it's taller or shorter, there goes the front steering pitch and questionable handling.
