Okay...I don't care really what you others have to say. This bike is badazz...you won't understand until you actually take one out and get busy. All the BS about 'don't know what yer talkin about"...or any other snide remarks...you don't have a clue as to the rideabilty or engine capabilities of this machine. You get one...yer gonna find out.Experienced rider or not. This is the 'new' breed. The power breed...the carve breed. This baby will rock yer world...and I aint jivin. This thing will take yer breath away...you lighten her with full system pipes...or slips..this thing will teach you as you ride.Amazing really.I've tried...tried to,rep this 14R here...got called all kinds of shit...I don't care....I've got one(2nd really)...baddest bike on the planet...

Amen, Grn. Never have I had a bike that called me to ride (or want to); like this one. Its like an itch I cant scratch if I go a few days w/o. Hell, I want to be on the thing even if it rains, or might anyway. Short rides anyway.

Took a ride the other day that was calling for a massive downpour. Was more of an errand for a friend (close to home). Got stuck in it on the way home, it was so bad that the cagers were down to under 35 on the interstate (70 limit).

The only thing I cared about, was that they were going too slow for the water to clear off my visor, and I couldn't see. Rain-x be damned. And that I didn't have my boots on, so my shoes were soaked. Other than that, picked my way through the cars, and got 'er back up to 70-80 so I could see. When I got home, there was two cups of water JUST IN MY SOCKS, when I wrung them out in the bathtub. lol. jeans, soaked. and yeah, I had my mesh jacket on too, cause it was 90+ out.

Still no regrets.

6 of us went on about an 80 mile ride down the interstate to eat last weekend and got caught in some heavy rain on the way back. I couldn't see s--t and struggled to keep my visor wiped as good as i could. Not too fun at that particular time but the Mighty 14R performed great, though, as expected.

This machine brings out passion in a way very few Japanese machines do. I applaud that passion GRN! I agree, baddest thing I have ever swung a leg over!

Yeah, if you can keep it from competing with Scotts and Miracle Grow. Suzuka 8-Hour results.

1. Honda
2. Yoshi's Son
3. Schwantz

59th - BMW = Crashes out - Handles worse than a duc, has electrics needing work too. So much for world's fastest if it only would stay on the track and run right.

How long ago did I say to pack it in, no pit boss would help? Come on!

Signed,

NOLTT (oh, now they pack it in, I could have saved them the enema.

Totally agree with Romans post above. I just flashed the ECU with 10,600 miles, Akra header, TBR slip ons. Different bike! I couldn't imagine this machine having more torque or throttle response. Boy was I wrong! The ECU makes it THE complete package. And 212 hp is simply undeniable. Period.
