hey guys just wondering how many degrees everyone is taking out of there tunes for boost on the 14r ? im currently running 4 psi , 4 degrees retard and a/f or 11.0 to 1

Romans will be able to tell you the story on ignition timing. Is this Gen1 or Gen2? 11 is lean for the Gen1 according to what I have been told.

Pull zero with 4 psi

Pull two with 6 psi

Pulled 4 with 8lb

thanks for the replys, im aiming for the safest tune possible right now even at the expense of horsepower. my goal over the winter is to run water/meth or intercooler or both.

Romans i did not get your message till after i purchased a kit but i did end up going with RCC turbo, Richard was fantastic helping me with many issues i ran into with the install.

You are very safe timing wise. AFR table very safe but you are running way to rich in area's off boost IMO. Are you running all your fueling adjustments through your ECU ?

Im also running the standard rising rate fmu provided in the rcc turbo kit, other then that everything is done through woolich racing ecu.

Could you possible send me a excel of you autotune targets ? The reason i went so rich at part throttle was i was afraid of part throttle knock boost seems to come on very early and with very little throttle openings
