just finished install of launchmaster from msd. Does anyone know if the kickstand switch needs to be looped because disabled it and would not run. The activation wire I ran to the left side momentary clutch switch. @ step works correct with kickstand down? Any help thanks.

Let me guess, this is one of those cool gadgets that comes with no, or minimal, instructions? I have several on my bike like that, and it was just dumb luck they got wired right.

Or maybe they didn't, and on the way to Vermont or Ocean City or Wellsboro PA or something, my bike will catch fire and make my day really exciting.

Chances are, it wants to see the kickstand up signal. But from here, I really don't have a clue. Call them?

Sounds like you may be on the wrong side of the switch. I say this only because you say it works otherwise.

Do you have a meter ?
