top speed in each gear
03/09/13 9:39 AM

Has anyone figured out what the top speed in each gear is? Anyone find any gear particularly addicting? - unlike some other bikes I've had I find every gear with this bike wildly entertaining.

yes.
Those number are close to 1st gen! It's probably different with TC but while 1st gear is awesome I have not enough skills to utilize it at 100%. I always hold the clutch a little too long to control the wheelie. 2nd gear is the ticket, you get a wheelie but can still go WOT pretty fast I do like the way the rear spin a little in 3 and 4th.

Generally I don't like surprises, but they've been small enough not to completely scare the $h!t out of me - just provide an awesome rush, is the way how WFO in 2nd and 3rd small bumps and crests lead to these awesome little power wheelies. Wheeeeeee..........

I've compiled some computations using my own experiences in the saddle.

1st: Holy McF#ck!!

2nd: Save me Jebus!

3rd: GO NINJEE!!

4th: AAAAAAHHHH!!! That's a War Face! Now let me see your War Face!

5th: why is that clock running backwards?

6th: is there a top end to this engine or does it just continue into infinity?

Yoshis!! GO NINJEE!!!

I'm yet to get 6th done. However, I think I've identified the place - about 150 miles east of me on hwy 211. It looks about as safe as it's gonna get around here. Hopefully I won't just vaporize into infinity. I've never been over around 160.
