Welcome JB

Both rod and crank use the same color size:
BRN- Tightest
BLK - Middle
BLU - Loosest

Min .0019 and .003 is worn out. Anything above .0019" and anything below .0024" is ideal.

Tell no one... Tight is race the whole season. Loose, you'll be rolling it back up the ramp first time out. Old thought was to have a loose crank. Maybe V8's, but these little jewels like it tight for dependability.

Correction:
Big end rod on crank journal .0019" to .0024"

Crank to case clearance .0012" to .0025"

See how they use a tighter clearance for that length of crank to keep the vibe down?

WEAR, I would begin as tight as I can get, and break the bike in a lot slower; before I hit a higher rpm.
But if you're going to drag it and have it loose, then .002" would be the loosest and avoid the vibe if the serviceable limit is almost close for both at .003" and change.

Kind of see how you'd want the tighter inserts on a used crank? So if you look at both insert settings, yeah, .002" for both and you're good to go.
