Agree with above. Nels at 2Wheel DynoWorks has a reputation for standing behind his work.
He even offered to fix all the flashes that CBlast fucked up

Yeah right. When I called and asked they offered to take $10 off the price of a tune. I honestly do not blame them but after one reads about how they are working with everyone and they basically say it is your problem and literally hang up on you then they are not nearly as great as some here think. $390 plus shipping was their quote plus shipping then the hang up. I will keep riding the FJR as nobody has screwed me over on stuff for it. I agree that Nel's was not the one that screwed me as I and others got the Cblast weenie put to them.

My question is: has anyone done a flash or other similar add-on and experienced no problems at all? Does everything work as it should with all the benefits promised? Thanks.
I have a Gen1 ZX-14 with a Power Commander and I've used with four maps. I never had a problem with any and the PC5 has never caused a problem either. The main improvement was the flies opening throttle response. Any improvement in power is almost imperceptible. One thing I like is that my 14 will now pull smoothly from 2000 rpm at WOT in 6th gear now but that was due to my own refinements with Auto Tune. Optimizing the timing may show a more noticeable improvement but I haven't messed with that yet. There was a guy on here years back who did videos of top speed runs before and after a flash. Timing the videos with a stopwatch is a little crude but it's probably a better comparison than going by the seat of the pants. I believe he was slightly faster without the flash. It was within a few tenths of a second I believe. To me, that's no difference. I think Vic had his stock exhaust, didn't he?
I have a Bazzaz on my Gen2 busa and have only used one map. It runs good too.

I should add that the flies open response was NOT improved by the base maps I used. It was smoothed out by my Auto Tune adjustments. I think Romans' map was pretty good as is for the flies open fueling but I would have to look back at notes I took to say for sure.
It seems to me having a custom tune from a reputable tuner will probably yield the best results. Either that or do it yourself if you dare. An LSR course would be an ideal place to use Auto Tune. It's really risky doing it on the road. It was too risky to be called "fun" in my book. Also, I don't recommend chopping the throttle at 180 mph like I did. I got a serious front end bounce one time. You can install a switch and just shut Auto Tune off instead of cutting the throttle. Auto Tune doesn't work if you roll off the throttle. It destroys all the adjustments you would have between the time you hit top speed and when you get it rolled to 0% throttle and those are the most risky ones to acquire. Switch off, then it doesn't matter what you do with the throttle, the adjustments are preserved.

Update: Since getting the Ecu back (Corrected),A few test runs here and there due to weather. The bike is running as it should...GREAT! No jerking or stuttering anymore,Smooth power delivery at low rpms, Lethal up top. My advice when dealing with Performance Tuners... Keep all documentation of your experience with them, that way if they decide to become dismissive of fault, you can blow they spot up! Good riding and Bundle up!

I have Ivan's flash on 14R for almost 2 years; First with dual slip ons and now with the Brocks full system.
My bike is a 2014 with no catalytic originally. No issues, wicked mid range and now with the Brock's hold the F on at high rpm.
I have used Ivan's products since the days of the TRE and they work as advertised and he stands behind his work
With the Brock/Ivan combination, I can get 400 KM ( 250 miles) to a tank averaging more than 75 mph
