Best Online OEM Kawasaki Parts House?
05/03/17 3:55 PM

I got a pretty good size order and looking for someone reliable. I have been using ProCaliber Kawasaki for years and always had good luck but they have no one answering the phone anymore and phone and email messages go unanswered. Six messages left with zero response, if I can't place an order, imagine their customer support if something goes wrong? Who have you used and had great response from?

I just ordered a bunch of stuff and used Partzilla. Best prices I could find with free shipping over $149 and 5% off Military discount. There was another thread recently and several others confirmed they are the place to buy from.

Why did you not just place the order on their website?

Bike Bandit has been berry, berry good to me. You can shop their prices around and sometimes find certain parts cheaper, but the difference is rarely worth making two orders rather than one. Ron Ayers, Cheap Cycle Parts and Rocky Mountain are ok, too.

I used to use BB, but after seeing oem air filter for $55.24 vs $39.80 at Partzilla, I've jumped ship!

I was a big Bikebandit user, but I have found, in almost every case, that Partzilla is substantially cheaper.

I just received an order today from Partzilla: fast shipping, great communication and customer service and the overall cost of the order could not be beat. You may find a part here or there that is less somewhere else but the vast majority of prices are the lowest.

I can't get any pricing info from Partzilla. They won't shoe you the prices anymore unless you create an account, apparently. Bad move IMHO. I'm sure a lot of people just go to the next supplier who does advertise their price. I know I bought from Partzilla in the past though and I was happy with them.

I hope Mat the "Flowmaster" is still with Partzilla and he got promoted to Chief Officer of Customer Service. That guy was able to track down the exact sealant I wanted when no one else seemed able to provide it. Excellent customer service from people who actually ride motorcycles.

MY PARTZILLA REVIEW

Some first post. Maybe your second one should be in the in the "ZX-14 Newbies" thread, which is where I started not long ago.

I stumbled across the best parts diagrams I have found yet and while I use Partzilla for purchases I now use World of Powersports to find them:

I went ahead and used Procaliber again and my parts order arrived yesterday. I couldn't seem to get them to answer the phone or any of my emails but every time I've placed an order with them, the stuff shows up on my doorstep about 10 days later, so no complaints. Still waiting on the lower cowl to arrive from Holland. I did receive a tracking number on the shipment but no updates in several days, just shows it was picked up.....hmmm.

Just an FYI, apparently the lower cowls for the ZX-14 model years '06 through '11 are no longer available from Kawasaki. I had to go to Europe to find one still in stock. Not sure why Kawasaki has dropped this part, it's the first thing to touch the ground in even a modest tip over accident and I'm sure they've sold a ton of these.

I wouldn't go with partshark.I recently ordered over 200 dollars worth of stuff. One was a lower fairing.Okay...so I get the lower fairing...I've chosen the wrong finish. The flat satin black, when I should have picked the Metallic Spark black.I call em up,guy says.."We can't accept back 'painted parts'.I'm like,HUH?Then he tells me,'maybe you can just paint over it'.Bunch of BS.I kept it,of course.I will paint the OTHER side with the flat satin spray can paint. But I mean,WTF?Never buy from them again.Too bad Kruz already had his order coming. This part is what he needed

Kruz - International shipments to/from some countries get delayed for days on end, so if they were to update you daily, for a bunch of days in a row it'd say "Still sittin here; haven't looked at it yet. Don't feel like it. Yet." There's really no update to give you. I think it just varies from country to country depending on each one's customs process.
