I put on new Michelin power 3's today. Too early to cast judgement on tyres.
Anyway, when I got home I noticed that the ABS light was on.Quickly rang the tyre store so see if anything they did may have affected the ABS light. They said no, but asked me to bring the bike back.It was too late on the Saturday as they where closing at 1.00pm.I can't get back there during the week as I work late.
So I have to wait until next Saturday before I can take it back and get it looked at.
In the meantime any theories, suggestions ? Do you think it is a coincidence that the light started to play up on the day I got new tyres? Any input would be appreciated.

Did you TRY the abs?Try it out...get her in 'lock' mode while stopping.Restart...see if that corrects the ECU code.They did install the brake caliper correctly,right?The sensor's okay,yes?I removed both my wheels for new tires...reinstalled...pumped the rear brake(and front)till I had pedal and lever....no lights.May be as simple as restarting the bike.

You will however need to ride a short ways or get er up on a rear stand to get the wheel to 'read' into the ECU/ABS circuit...course..you knew that;)(book says 'moving off'..it should go out(the lamp).

Grn14 tried everything you suggested as well as removing and re-installing both ABS fuses (suggested by another mate). Seems to have corrected itself.
