Turbo Kit Parts List Help!!!
06/24/14 7:32 PM

Alright, I've been boosted before and now I have the itch to put a stage 1 kit on my 2013 14R. Kits seem to be still in development though and without calling a shop owner it's hard to figure out how much $$$ I need for a complete build.

I'd like:
250+ HP on a mild tune capable of daily riding (safely).

I've been looking at Velocity Racing, RCC Turbos, Mr Turbo etc and while they have the kits and parts listed, I'd like to know what ya'll have found as far as putting a system together (electronics mostly)? Any good deals or places to look? Thanks for the help!

What wideband and boost controller did you go with?

Dynojet Wideband 2 with LCD 200 display.
Boost controlled via Tial Wastegate.
Bike is over at RCC right now getting head gasket put in and stiffer valve springs. 8lbs spring is going in.
I'm hoping for 300 at the tire. Hopefully get it back by the coming Friday.

That wideband seems to be the one to go with. I'm contemplating buying all the Woolich log box and tuning equipment before I do the turbo build. How was the motor handling stock with the kit? Any reason for worry? They claim it's good to go stock. And what's your opinion on street riding characteristics? Smooth response?

The motor was completely fine with the 4lbs. The only reason I did the gasket was to up the boost.
Richard pulled 2 degrees out of my bike as a safety net, that with the wideband 2 running seemed like enough of a cushion for me. Street riding the bike is amazing. Bike is very smooth and spot on once it gets into boost. Off boost in the low end needs a little work to be perfect, but still very good. Driving around with the autotune on at your elevation and your fuel will eventually net you a silky smooth power delivery everywhere. Before boost I was always looking around trying to figure out where I could get 1 more horsepower, but now I just laugh when I see guys chasing 5 horsepower and talking about it like they were setting the world on fire... nothing compares to boost imo.

As soon as we surf the internet and looking for the jammer products we can see that there are various types of signal jammers that are for sale in the market now such as the mobile phone jammers, gps jammer kaufen, wifi jammers, UHF jammers, the multi-functional signal jammers and so many others kinds of signal jammers for sale as well. And what people now need to do is just select the best one according to their needs.
