BMW R1200C

Friend, ex-landlord and up-the-road neighbor John just bought one of these. 1200+ miles (forget the year) for $4800
Came complete with factory hard bags and windshield. Looks to be a high-quality piece, but I always thought it a bit of a Weird Harold's ride.

The little p-pad flips up and locks to make a backrest.

He's owned older BMWs before, so I think it's more of a brand fascination than anything special a Bimmer does.He also has a Suzuki 650 Savage that he's been putting around on and an older 4-cylinder GoldWing with the clogged carb problem. His friends, who now mostly ride overdone Harleys, shamed him into getting something larger than the Savage so he could keep up. Although not to my taste, this looks to be a high-quality piece.

Well the guy loves EURO vehicles. Just noticed the Peugot 408, it brings back memories!!! I grew up on a 405 and 406 lol.
To get back on topic, there are only bikes I like from Beemer: The S1000RR and 1200 S.
