Here's a how-to I hope many of you will find helpful. Want to change your tires, but don't really want to have a bead breaker sitting around that get's used 2 times a year? This is the solution for you.

I had been using my bench vise until recently when 4 of us threw in and bought a No-Mar Classic tire changer, which includes a bead breaker. A bit spendy for someone who only does their own a couple times a season, but I was hand-changing everyone else's tires and all of us but one ha e multiple bikes, so I said "Pony up or start taking your tires to a shop." Then we made a hitch mount and tool tray, saving $115 com-pared to buying them from No-Mar.
I still use my cabinet clamps to hold the tire bead in the drop center of the rims.

Danno my tip is meant for people who change tires and don't want the kind of stuff you built or people by sitting around. Honestly, using the C-clamp method is easy enough that I could see myself using it to change tires every few weeks. It's honestly easy enough to do daily. But if I were changing tires that frequently I'd probably buy more professional oriented stuff.
I am going to design and build a tire changing stand that will be compact and help with the whole tire changing process. It's going to be really cool, and helpful.
