Managed to take the bike out today for more than 5 miles for teh first time in a couple of months . I dont know how you guys with "weather" manage to go without riding for 3 or 4 months, then just get back on and go.. 4 hrs today and I was beat by the time I got home.. anyway, if you want to see what some of our roads look like here is 18 minutes.. Nothing exciting, just a car or two, maybe a motorcycle and me, pluggin along trying to get it out of 2nd gear :)

Ex..That was a well done 32. I have seen it at some of the local car shows..

David. very similar to Eastern Oregon except , I think Oregon has more open stretches. This road was an old loggin road that finally got paved.
Next weekend we are headed for Weaverville . Also some great areas..

I have about 30 minutes of Hwy 70 between Oroville and Quincy from yesterday to but didnt know if anyone would be interested.

The area around Quincy is gorgeous.

Mad, I was surprised at how green things were. Nice after the last couple of years..I will probably post up the hwy 70 vid. The tree growth along the Feather River was another shock.
