Finally got them put on. Man they are a little on the loud side but sound so much better. I can still hear my music, and communication device thru my helmet with no problem. Bike seems to be much more responsive. Don't know if it's the weight loss or H/P gains.

I suspect one reason that you are finding the Brock's exhaust louder is its short length that places the end of the megaphone right under where you sit. Even when you are riding at 60 mph, that's only 88 feet/sec, and sound traveks at 1100 feet/sec. The OEM mufflers on the other hand end right near the tail end of the bike! So, the sound source is further from your ears. And sound attenuates with the cube of the distance from the source, so the difference in distance to your ears is very significant.

Brock Alien Head is like 108db and 106db with db killer

It's going to be "much" louder no matter where you're sitting.

If you go fast enough, you won't hear it much over the wind noise.
