Hey guys. I've been lurking around here since I bought my bike a couple months ago. It's a 2009 zx14. It has had a list of mods and is by far faster than anything I've ever been on. I originally bought it to flip but after riding I think it's a keeper!! I absolutely love it. Anyways I look forward to learning more from this site. It's already been a huge asset. Thanks, Dustin

I kind of liked the hydrodipped plastics but it is a beautiful bike with what you have done to it too! Enjoy!

Well,either color scheme works for me...welcome...you've chosen well.The ONLY thing that maybe would 'have to go' is that chrome swingarm...nice...but it just sticks out too much for me.It matched well with the chrome foremans though.

Thanks for the welcome. I don't love the chrome swingarm but it'll probably stay for awhile. The dipped plastic definitely was not my style though. It also had some pieces missing in the rear. The rear side pieces were spray painted it looked like. Bike had thrown a chain with previous owner. This bike is a blast to ride though! What a rocket. I haven't gotten to ride much because I'm in desperate need of a front tire. Trying to decide on tires at the moment. Rear isn't terrible but I'll replace the set. Should feel like a complete different bike with tires. Cold weather has set in so I can get everything sorted out on her.

You could always powdered coat the swingarm
