Posted on a few other places but thought you all might like a peek.. First of all I have limited mechanical abilities but can handle most of the regular maintenance stuff.. And I ran a turbo 1200 ZRX for a few yrs so have seen clutches before..But never a slipper clutch.. As I opened the clutch up , I took extreme care to keep everything in the sequence that it had been installed .. The results are in the video and I have since realized that the one "steel" is actually a fibre with the material gone completely I also figured that the last fiber is cut so the small rings can fit inside, at least I think so.. anyway here is the video .
