Scored an Akrapovic Evolution exhaust on Ebay last month, and installed a set of ZX10 wheels.

Shaved 45 pounds of weight off the bike so far.

Shorai battery is next, that will be good for another 10 pounds of weight savings.

20,000 miles on the bike already - looking forward to the next 20,000 miles.

Looks good! Tell me about the wheels. What year ZX10R? is there a conversion kit. spacers. etc? Same brake rotor spacing?

I purchased a set of 2006 ZX10 wheels.

The front wheel is a direct swap, and you can use ZX14 front brake rotors.

The rear wheel requires the following:

ZX12R rear sprocket, 530 size
ZX10R rear caliper with brake hanger
ZX10R brake rear rotor

Completed the Team Chicago Track Day school @ Grattan Raceway.

My group included Supermotos, vintage bikes from the 1960's, R6's, SV's, and literbikes.
