I don't ride with the carabiner on my key. It just holds my key to the rest for easy removal when I wanna ride, then I use it to clip the rest of my keys to my belt loop then put them in my pocket. This way if for whatever reason they did fall out I wouldn't lose them. Since I was only moving it out of the garage I just left it on rather than messing with it...

How did I know someone was going to bring that up lol? It's not my truck though. Neighbor needed to get it off the street to avoid getting a ticket, so we let him put it in our drive way.
