Where or what bolts can i get to run in the holes when i remove the passnger footpegs, i aint riddin nobody so miteaswell... footpeg deletes??

Since you can't remove the brackets, as they support the mufflers, I would just leave them alone. You could paint them black to blend in or remove them and reuse the pins to fill the holes. Either way you go you are still going to have the footpeg brackets.

TwoWheelWorks made a very nice lightweight bracket for the Gen1 ZX-14. I got rid of my passenger footpegs a long time ago. Someone out there prolly makes a good aluminum bracket. Maybe even for a duals setup. If not, I saw that someone made his own muffler hanger out of plate aluminum for his Gen1. I don't think he even had to bend it much. Bent aluminum can break easy. If you have the stock cans, you might be better off sticking the stock brackets and take off the footpegs. The stock cans are probably need something pretty sturdy.

Went to lowes and found plastic thread savers in the hardware isle. Looks pretty good to me
