IRC quick shifter???

I see a few threads on quick shifters. Has anyone installed or used an IRC quick shifter. Looks like a good product.

I don't know too much about that brand of quick shifter or it's cost, but I do know that you get what you pay for.
The below link tells how I tried to save a few dollars on a quick shifter and what resulted...

Thanks Yannih. Think I'll do some more research. Thought they might be to good to be true.
