On the ZX-10R in the photos, I'm running Pirelli Superbike SC1 slicks.
For my street bikes I use Pirelli Supercorsa SP tires. They're the stickiest street tires that Pirelli makes, and you can get them in a 200/55.
Tires are all about preference. Everybody's riding style, feedback preference, and bike type will play a major role in what tires work best. For me, the softer carcass and flex of the Pirelli tires tends to be more forgiving of my Neanderthal-ish approach to brake and throttle usage.
I've run Q3s on this monster before. For semi-aggressive street rides they performed very well, if a bit on the stiff and harsh side. Once the pace started to pick up I found them unequal to the task of keeping the rear from spinning up when driving off corners. YMMV.
