Also ive learned to be weary when sellers ask for you to send as a gift though this seller didnt...i dont think you have any recourse when you do that...

His house was still standing 14 days after i paid for it because he actually responded on the 25th...if it had burned he at least saved the package and said he was headed to the post office...maybe something happened on the way to the post office...lets go with that assumption for now...hehe

For those keeping score its day 19 with no response or package.

...oh boy. There would sure be some kind of reply by now unless some kind of calamity happened on the way to the post office. I'm sure PayPal will get some action.

I checked the status of my claim at PP and he has not responded to there inquiry.

Well he's screwed with PayPal if he doesn't. Hope that inspired him to get that in the mail shipped priority. A couple hundred bucks is not worth losing a PayPal account.

I've been holding back until the last but I think the last is about here. Ninja187 is a douche bag. I despise people who mislead and take advantage of others. I hope I'm wrong on this but at this point, it seems pretty unlikely. How dare he? I don't care what misfortune has befallen you, nobody should do what he has done.

will PayPal refund you?

Yes they will...they give him 10 days to respond after i filled the claim...its his responsibility to provide them a tracking number to prove he shipped the package...im sure him not responding to them it will be an open and shut case...kinda sad though i really wanted that windscreen...guess i can take the $150 and buy a new one...lol

Loosing PayPal over that makes no sense even if you are a con artist with warped values. Maybe if you have a new computer waiting to plug in ...and a new credit card and another address....MAn 150 bucks doesn't offset the hassle of all of that.
