It's done. Ninja187 was a scammer. Maybe he needed to scrape up cash any way he could. Probably would have been better off to run a more expensive scam than this. No PayPal is a huge red flag if you're selling online.

I thought it was a delay tactic. The longer you wait the less likely he is to experience any repercussions. It doesn't appear to have delayed you long enough though.

The deadline has come and gone. I guess PayPal puts the reimbursement in your account now.

The problem I see is that if someone is willing to go through this much trouble for $150, they might try just try to set up a new PayPal account. The only thing that would be a problem is changing the ssn. I hope PayPal either had his SSN from the start or else they will contact his payment mode to create an automatic block on that SSN. I guess if he's willing to risk identity theft, that would be the only way to make a new PayPal account. Unfortunately, making a new forum account is as easy as using a different computer. I hate to think of spending my time to try to help douchebags but I guess that's always a possibility.

Oh well ninja187, if you're reading this (and I'm sure you are), you're a douche. Hope you enjoy the free $150 you stole. From now on, people will be suspicious when you when you have to tell them you don't have PayPal.

Just got an email from PP saying there adding $150 back in my account...they ruled in my favor...

I checked Zero Gravity, Hot Bodies and Puige as soon as the question of fitment came up in this thread. All windscreens fit 06-16 or present model ZX-14. I can't see how there could be a difference for the CF one.

It strikes me as a bit odd you wouldn't reply on this thread if a PM wasn't answered especially after all of the activity that has gone on since you disappeared. Oh well, I'm out of it. None of my business anyway but I at least want to show support because it really appeared there was some dirty dealing going on in the ZX-14 community.

Per his apology which i wont get into im willing to give him another chance...PP has refunded the original $150 and it is in my account...we agreed to a little lower price and i told him i would not pay for it until it shows up at my house so i have nothing to lose at this point...if it shows i pay for it..if it doesnt im out nothing...

Update: Havent heard anything from seller since my last post...if by some miracle i get this package before i die maybe i will wait a month or two to pay for it.

Since another week has passed im lowering my offer another $20 less than what we agreed on due to pain and suffering.

Heres the story...i agreed to pay $150 shipped for the windscreen and sent $150 to his PP address...he never shipped it so i filled a claim and PP refunded my money which was put back in my account...a day after the refund he sends me a PM and says hes sorry for forgetting about sending it and asks me what he can do to make it right...i tell him i will pay him $120 shipped and i wont pay him till i get the item...he agrees and says he will ship it out...8 days have passed since then and ive sent him 2 PM’s asking for an update with no response...so now my offer is $100 shipped...since im probably not going to get it anyway i will just keep lowering my offer until he tells me its too low and then the headache will be over with...lol

I would tell him to take his windscreen and shove it where the sun doesn't shine!
After this performance and out of pure principal he wouldn't get one red cent of my hard earned, great deal or not.
