Alpinestars

I have a pair of SMX boots from Alpinestars. They are not new, and was thinking damn, I have to spend another $350 to replace them. One boot had a broken zipper, and they both had "replacemnet" laces. Laces were way to damn short, but worked for the most part. Anyway I sent Alpinestars an email asking if they did repairs. Recieved a reply within a day saying yes they did. Call this number. Called an they gave me an RMA number, and gave me a quote.

I mailed the boots to them, and in less than 2 weeks, they are home. Zippers, laces, and soles for the pair cost me $80. There was also the $18 I spent mailing them to them. They look great, and are good as new. It appears they replaced toe sliders, and the plate on the heel also.

To say I am impressed with the service and results would be an understatement. Seems good service is so rare now.

Keep them in mind if shopping for boots. I have owned mine for 5 years. Maybe I will get another 5 years out of them.
