Nice set up, I think the perspective will be good, seeing road, rider and bike. My concern would be and I'm assuming you never have a pillion as they would probably kick it.
I tried different positions and eventually opted for front mount just below the screen.
Rook - I agree the vibrations are minimum or at least I can live with them. Even at high speeds it seems stable. I do put in the rubber "U" shaped thingy that came with it. This seems to stabilize it a bit better.

untamed.....glad you reminded me of that U shape piece that locks in on the mounts.I'll have to insert one when I try this setup.I've already glued the acorn nuts so as to stop them from popping loose. Also I obtained one of the long Aluminum Thumbscrews which has a oring to help secure tighting.I've got another long and two shorts ones coming.
I'm tempted to next get a REPLAY or ION setup as they seem to be a good design for remote mounts.I need to get the lil black case for my GoPro so as to shed some weight of the waterproof case.Maybe this would also help possibly control any vibes.Man I'm so anxious to try this thing....but maint issues 1st.Once I pull it from the garage it's very difficult to anchor it down again for doing any xtra work this time of year!

I'm thinking of setting up my GP session 5 to my rear axle..seems like a good spot and the second one to the front end.
