Front sprocket "nut"?

What the hell is that thing holding on the countershaft sprocket and how do I get it off?

I use an impact driver to remove and use a torque wrench to reinstall. I have an electric impact wrench with 650 ft/lbs of torque, it'll remove anything.

Thought about doing that too but I'm having trouble finding a socket that will fit that "shaft" coming off the nut. What did you use?

A 27mm socket. Your local auto parts store will usually have one you can rent if you don't want to buy one.

make sure its a 6 point 27mm socket, i found out the hard way-

2010 SE ZX14.
