Hi all -

I hit a deer a week ago, nailed the fairing, knocked me off & me and the bike slid about 150' down the road. Full gear did it's job, I walked away & rode home, needed 3 stitches in thumb where summer weight gloves didn't do their job.

Anyways, I haven't dug into the 14 yet, but everything behind what's left of the fairing is all pieces. I've got a lead on a front & side fairing & see right side head lights on Ebay. but I can't seem to find a right peg mount for a reasonable price. Anyone got one kicking around or can point me to one?

Broken right peg - oh yeah, that Muzzy mid pipe could be replaced too :)

Glad you're 'okay'...deer...dangerous critters...unpredictable.Bike is torn up man...sorry....but glad you walked away;)

Those are Buell pegs the PO put on, gives a little more leg room but took some getting used to because you can't slide up onto the peg mount to shift/brake. Gotta go after them pigeon-toed.

Man, I tell, ya, I'd take walking away with 3 stitches ANY DAY from a get off. And the bike came out pretty well too, IMHO.

I have a headlight if you want to make n offer on it.. also anything else you may need let me know..n glad your okay.. could of been way worse
