2017 suspension setup help
03/28/20 4:33 PM

Hey fellow ninjas

Does anyone have any info or links for any suspension setup help for a 2017 ZX14R?
Preferably for riders with a little extra gravity (270 lbs)

Thanks for any help.

You could try this. It's for the Gen1 but I think it would work the same for your Gen2. Takes some time but it got mine in order.

Stiffer springs in forks and rear shock.

You won't be ale to get the correct sag without them due to not being able to get enough preload.

If you don't have correct sag/preload you won't be able to get proper compression and rebound settings.

At 230 lbs I had the same issue.

Resolved with new springs suited for my weight and riding style.

Good luck.
