As "DoubleD" mentioned below, the current set of brackets on this seat are for a C14 Concours seat, which will need to be swapped out from a Ninja 14 so that it mounts correctly. The seat has been priced accordingly.

The Seat latching brackets are for the C14 Concours seat.
You need to switch the brackets from your Ninja 14 seat to make that Sargent seat fit.
