Snowies and Vic Ride.
01/23/13 3:15 AM

Ryan, thanks for the info re speed limit changes re Bonang and Cooma. Shattering though I have heard this previously! Especially the Bonang Hwy. But there aren't that many jealous boys in blue there from my experiences. Cooma is of course totally different!
Willy and Ryan, 3 of us (a ZX-14, a ZX-14R and a VFR800) will be in the Snowies/Vic over Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday next week. Want to stay away from the inevitable double demerits over Australia day. And yes, the weather looks iffy so destinations may need to be worked out...
Are either of you guys a chance?

yeah, dangerous to be out on weekends, especially long weekends, with all the cowboys and crazys getting out onto the roads on all manner of vehicles.
you still made it out? with this weather? did you get smashed with rain and wind?
we're on hold till the weather clears a bit. might be a substantial wait...
glad the bike, tyres and new suspension were good.
and just reading through the list of places you went through. i can think of a story for almost all of them.
anyway, stay safe, ride fast and i'll let you know if we get down there or if there are any rides in the vicinity in the future...
