I wouldn't worry about it.

On the 14 I "always" run the oil level at the top of the site glass.

Yes, above the top line.

I appreciate the feedback from everyone, and no one chastised me (yet) for starting another "oil" thread (I did search before asking though). I've had many bikes over my 36 years of riding and each one has certain things that are unique to it thus the question. And one of these days I might even answer a question vice ask one!

I had a mobile tech come over and change my oil, etc.

Over here it's called $50 Chinese golden finger massage. Ask for the "happy ending". Believe me when I say, "Your oil level is just fine" after that mobile tech visit.

I also took this pic - my wife was on the bike at the time keeping it level. It does seem a bit high but as most have said it is ok. I still wonder how many ounces less would put it in the middle.

I would say 1 or two....not much. I always my oil at that level. Don't worry about it. If you run the engine hard, I would keep the oil level at the top mark like you have it.

Thats where i run mine at as well and i have no issues.
Just let it sit over night so it cools and drains down completely.
