Since re-installing the turbo an ceramic coated stuff, and wrapping the wastegate and far right down pipe of the header, this bike is definitely running 1-2 bars warmer. For the first times since having the bike, it has hit the top bar on the temp gauge briefly, and unless at highway speeds, the temp bars are about 2 bars higher, now 4, compared to 2 normally down the highway.

My only guess is that the wrapping is somehow inhibiting air flow, though the wastegate is pretty much off to the left side and behind the radiator, and the right down pipe is, well, behind the radiator right side. The wrapping is not touching the radiator.

... I don't like it.

Might be too much heat... Yank the wrap or buy a non-wrap for summer. Swap the wrap for winter. Hey, I might do that once the cold sets in.

You may be correct. I plan on yanking most of it tomorrow morning, and seeing how that works.

I pulled the last of the 2K insulation off the bike and no change. I may look at the water temp sensor next.

I did change one other thing. The anti-freeze and anti-freeze mix. I am going to dump it and put straight water and see how that works. If that is better then get some Justice Brothers' Radiator Cooler if I can find some.

Yes. I've checked the water in the system a few times in the last 3 days.... seems all the air is out.
