14R front rotors

How thick are they? I believe the stock 14 rotors were 5mm thick and therefore prone to warpage. My Galfers, which have between 20K and 40K miles of use measure 5.15-5.20mm which leads me to think they were 5.25mm when new.

I'm showing 5.25 with a set of calipers at the outer edges of the rotor "petals" where the brake discs don't rub.
Wear minimum is stamped at 4.50. I'm down to 4.88 already at 8,xxx miles.
I see Galfers coming up...

That's good info. As many 'warped rotors' stories I've read about the ZX-and C-14s, I don't think any of them included measurements. Sounds like they upgraded the thickness, but maybe not the material?

Little off topic, but when the bike is new, I think there is a thin coating on the rotors, a little scotch rite and brake cleaner will help things out, I don't think the dumbass at the dealer did this when they prepped my bike ...

I'll have to check mine. Im pushing close to 23k and pads look to be close to 1/4 of pad left. Haven't had in issue with warping.
