Anyone in S. Florida know of a shop that has scales. I’ve taken a bunch of weight off the bike, around 62 lbs by my calculations, and I’d like to verify it.
Thanks.

I weighed everything I was putting on,full system, carbonfibre rims, lithium ion battery.weighed everything I took off did the math and subtracted from manufactures wet weight , 2012 584 pounds, got it down to between 510 and 515 pounds, also removed passenger pegs

So here's where I'm at. Everything was weighed, other than the tires. But, from what I've seen online, the Q4's should be close to that weight saving over the OEM S20's on my '22.
Brock's Ti Exhaust 33
BST Wheels 11
Under cowl 1.5
Rear pegs 3
Toolkit 1
Fender eliminator 1
Shorai Battery 7.5
Dunlop Q4 tires 2
Total 60 lbs
Darryle, I'm interested to know what else you did to take off an additional 10+ lbs.

My 2012 is a non abs bike,9 pounds lighter than one with ABS, my fender eliminator,a piece of ABS drilled to use existing bolts and tag plate,ABS was heated with a hot air welder and bent to desired angle, had to make a new one this year, old on cracked , not bad for ten years. Everything else seems the same as yours.I run Pirelli rosso tires, probably about the same weight as your dunlops and vortex rear sets can’t remember the weight difference if any on the rear sets

I did everything about 9 years ago, my exhaust was done at Hindle exhaust has a 14” muffler, when I weighed parts I would hold the part, weigh myself and subtract my body weight, stock motor, clean air removed Brock block off plates, the exhaust was done at Hindle exhaust and was the first gen 2 he did, I’ve known him since the early 70’s I get special treatment , my bikes used to go to Florida with him for the winter, the only other thing I can think of is shorter rotor bolts, but that would only account for ounces not pounds,I also have piazza knock off levers, but that still only ounces
