New to the forum here. Got a 09 zx14 in July of this year as a keepsake from a friend. Runs great, love the bike. No issues at all, except for one. I got off work today to notice two hoses hanging off, and a small wet spot under it. It dried up too quick for me to get a wiff of what leaked out. Not much leaked though. Not even a teaspoon worth, if even. Checked all the fluid levels. Coolant and rear brake fluid are somewhat low, but nothing to cause concern. I rode it home. Had a full tank of gas. No leak in the tank, and did not overheat. No cut-offs or anything to make me nervous. I do not know much about street bikes or kawasaki's so I thought Id come here and ask you guys. Does anybody know what these are and what they were attached to? I think it has something to do with the oil. I put up a link to the pictures, hopefully it works. Lemme guess: the two "off hoses" are in front of the countershaft sprocket cover.

Your fuel tank burped. It happens.

HAHAHAHA I thought I was the only one to have indigestion. But Im guessing I just tuck them away and keep on rolling?

Yes put them back where you found them. You probably could move them as long as you keep them flowing downward.

Happens in hot weather.
