I've been researching getting a car. I came to Arkansas with my Bike and a Pickup in 2017. My Pickup makes 12-17mpg and wanted something that gets better for traveling. And I know someday I will not be riding my Bike on long trips.
I got a 17 Ecoboost Mustang with an automatic. I've had many Stick cars and driving Trucks for 32 yrs they were all Sticks. But going forward (getting older) an automatic makes sense and its a bunch of Hills down here. The Ecoboost is a fun car. I can use regular or premium. If I want to make more power COBB Accessport Tuner adds 90ftlb Torque and 25HP and I must use Premium. I can always reflash back to Stock settings.
Yesterday, I drove to Leslie, AR to meet my older Brother for lunch. He has an 04 GTO he bought a couple of years ago. Plus, He wanted to drive my new Toy.
First time I ever drove his car without him in it.
The last Mustang I had was a Turd, new 1981 4 cylinder, 5-speed stick living in Colorado. I had traded my 77 Trans Am for it. I was trying to get better MPG.
Driving back from Big Flat, AR through AR Hill Country I averaged 36mpg. Real close MPG what I make on the ZX14r.
Cars and motorcycles are my passion. I never had children. These are my Boys.
