I recently polished and sprayed the rims, as well as the fins on the side fairings. Happy with the outcome and love the new look.

Thanks, I have been planning to paint the fins blue on my 2008 like you did. I was going to use a nice bright silver I found (can't recall the brand now but I tested a few) then coat it with VHT Anodized blue.

I have blue rims too.

I think you should consider orange engine covers next! Maybe three inch double rally stripes. Anodized blue fairing bolts and a few gold parts just so it doesn't get boring.

Thanks Yackou. It's been a slow process over 12 years. The look is complete. I just need to get that nitrous hooked up one of these days. We'll see about turbo.
