Welp, I had more symptoms of lethargy and self indulgence, so a friend, Tim (GS1200RG) and I set off to see Doctor Redwood Rd and his associate Doctor Grizzly Peak. Once again, no pictures. Surprisingly, there were more people out than on most normal weekends. Cars parked on the shoulders, lots of bicycle riders out, people walking dogs. All the staging areas at the hiking spots were packed. But we had a fairly clear run on Redwood so we wicked up the pace a bit. Tim is very good so I didn't want him getting bored. I have to say, the Conti Sport Attack tires really help smooth out the bumps on Redwood. Almost to the point that, dare I say, I actually like riding there now. It is s very bumpy road, old chip seal. We stopped at The Wall and chatted for awhile as the sun was going down behind the Golden Gate Bridge. It was beautiful. ( I know.. pictures asshole!)
Got back home and, once again, the medicine worked. I am feeling great again. This afternoon it's back up to the house in Shingletown for the weekend. More chores the wife has lined up.
